location was fab! Overall a great apartment, especially the lounge & views
apartment wasn't as warm as we would have preferred. Shower pressure and temperature in one shower was a little temperamental

Great lounge - very comfortable and good view. Having parking is also a bonus in Portrush!
The apartment is quite tired. Facilities that probably once were better are now old and haven't had the upkeep needed. Tiles are mouldy; blinds are broken; all the walls are seriously scuffed and in need of a repaint etc... The bathrooms in particular were disappointing. Sadly this place has also got to be a contender for the worst shower I've ever had: very weak stream, dark and mouldy space, and alternating every 20 seconds between scalding and ice cold!
This place failed to meet expectations because it doesn't meet the grade of "luxury" in the title, and because of the steep price. It's fine, if you set your expectations accordingly...
