PLEASE NOTE: There is no pool at this property. The pool shown in the aerial photo belongs to a neighboring complex. The ground floor is unoccupied while the HOA determines how to move forward with repairs following recent hurricane damage. This property does have a working elevator!

-Do not trespass on other people`s property, this includes docks and driveways
-Please be careful where you park, don`t block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic
-Parties and/or events are not allowed
-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke
-Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit
-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please do your dishes.
-No illegal substances allowed on premises.

Nice little place with great views of the water. Tastefully furnished with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The back porch could use some love. It’s fine but a pop of color and a little decor would just add to this place. It suited the two of us perfectly. Management is easy to communicate with that’s always nice and sets the tone before you get there. Thanks for having us.

Nice property with nice view. Enjoyed having a corner unit with almost 2 full walls of windows. Kitchen had all of the necessary items, and then some, for preparing all of our meals, including full size fridge/freezer. Easy access to yard for our dog and close proximity to beach and downtown area for walking around. Could easily hear neighbors above walking around and next door neighbors tv, but we played some white noise to block the noise. We look forward to visiting Cedar Key again!

This property was severely damaged by the hurricane and is still in the process of repairs. The hotel to the left of the condo was destroyed and is just sitting there falling apart ... it is an eye-sore and a reminder of Hurricane Helene (who affected us back in Western NC). The view was OK...would've been much better, I guess, before the hurricane. We were in a 2nd Floor condo and we kept hearing the folks above us....stomping across the floor daily...it was very loud! We enjoyed the island very much and hope to visit again in the future!
