Cedar key is a small town. We spent a lot of time on the deck listening to music and watching the dolphins. There is a pool and hot tub but they are not heated. They weather had been nice enough I enjoyed the pool. The property is within blocks of downtown. We had pizza delivered and schedule a golf cart tour. Everyone showed up with a golf cart. The fishing was great and I'm not the one who says "hey let's go fishing"
Only complaints might be more pillows and no ice maker but the owners were up front on that. It is Florida so everyone knows to bring water and ice was close. The town has been hit twice in 2 years with hurricanes. No one can change this but it's still in the process of recovering.
