Cocoonr is offering this charming 60 m² single-storey, air-conditioned maisonette with shared swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 6 people, for rent near the beach in Fréjus. It comprises an attractive 20 m² living room with fireplace (wood provided), a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 60 m² garden. Sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with fireplace (wood provided), double sofa bed and dining area
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room and WC
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) and an adjoining room (without door) with TV
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A swimming pool (shared unheated), open from 31 May to 30 September. Times can be shared for everyone's convenience.
- A private, fenced, south-east-facing terrace garden of 30 m², surrounded by a 7,000 m² field.
The flat is ideally located in Fréjus, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Fréjus town centre about 5 minutes (2.7 km) away by car
- Base Nature François Léotard beach, approx. 11 minutes (4.7 km) by car
- Massif de l'Estérel, about 27 minutes (18.2 km) by car
- Rocher de Roquebrune, about 25 minutes (14.4 km) by car
- Base Nature François Léotard (football, basketball, skateboard, bikes, rackets, etc.) approx. 11 minutes (4.5 km) by car
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.

- Nearest train station: Fréjus station about 5 min (2.3 km) by car - Saint-Raphaël Valescure station about 16 min (6.5 km) by car
- Nearest airport: Nice Côte d'Azur airport, about 42 minutes (57 km) by car

- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
