3-room apartment on the ground floor in secure residence with swimming pool reserved exclusively for residents (not heated from June to September)

Newly furnished apartment since July 2014 located 4 km from the beach of St Aygulf.

- available high speed internet (15 € the week and 25 € the 2 weeks)
- rental of sheets (for a large bed and 2 small beds: 40 €)
- cleaning at end of stay (20 € per hour, allow about 2h)

In high and very high season, the rental is exclusively weekly (from Saturday to Saturday).

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich einer sehr ruhigen, sauberen Anlage, die nach meiner Einschätzung zum großen Teil von den Eigentümern genutzt wird. Der Pool grenzt direkt an den Garten, was aber keinerlei Störungen verursachte. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut aufgeteilt und komplett eingerichtet. Da wir mit Hund verreist sind, war für uns ein Hundestrand ein Muss. Entfernung ca. 4 km. Bäckerei und Supermarkt da. 200 m. Der gute Eindruck, den ich von vorher von den Eigentümern hatte, hat sich vollauf bestätigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

logement top bien décoré. manque un peu d'ustensiles pour faire a mange exemple une petite cocotte minute un pressé purées un appareil pour couper les crudités. mais sa n'a pas gâché nos vacances.

Wir waren mit zwei Kleinkindern dort- können wir nur weiter empfehlen! Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Schöner Garten, sauberer Pool- dieser war in Sichtweite und eingezäunt, somit auch mit Kindern sehr entspannt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Très bon séjour, appartement très bien équipé et résidence coquette. Le Rez de jardin est appréciable et la piscine de la résidence très propre. 2 supérettes proche de l'appartement. Un seul bémol, il faut être véhiculé pour accéder au bord de mer. A recommander très vivement !

Cet appartement conforme à l'annonce est très bien agencé, vaste et agréable. Nous y avons passé une excellente semaine car nous avons bénéficié d'une excellente météo pour un mois d'avril. Les modalités de location se sont déroulées sans aucun problème. Je recommande cette location

Très bel appartement situé dans une résidence privée à Saint Aygulf. L'appartement est très fonctionnel, propre, bien décoré et très bien équipé. Le petit jardin au calme est super pour les enfants et les parents. L'appartement est situé à 5 min de voiture du bord de mer et à 6 minutes de Fréjus en voiture. Propriétaire très sympathique et toujours disponible si besoin.

Résidence calme, logement propre, spacieux pour 4 personnes et très bien équipé conforme à la description. Bonne exposition pour les repas en terrasse. Piscine non disponible à cette date et connexion Wifi depuis l'appartement impossible. Période agréable pour visiter la région. Voiture nécessaire pour restaurant, activités et plage. Sympathique cadeau d'accueil.

Ten fabolous days in France. The appartment was very nice and well equipped. The housing area incl. pool was very clean and quiete. The booking and the contact with the landlord was perfect. From this place we could reach every destination we want. This would not be our last trip to this great place!

Location très agreable. L'équipement de l'appartement est neuf et de très bonne qualité'. La piscine à proximité immédiate est calme et super bien. L'épicerie en face de l'entrée de la résidence est un plus. En conclusion c'était top nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

A notre arrivé, nous avons été agréablement surpris par ce très bel appartement, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, propre et spacieux. Le descriptif de l'annonce correspond bien à ce que nous avons trouvé. Les matelas sont très confortable, et le mobilier de bonne qualité. La cuisine entièrement équipée avec une machine à laver le linge, ce qui nous a servis car nous avions trois enfants... Sinon, pas de surprise particulière. Une belle terrasse ou nous prenions tous nos repas. Nos enfants étaient ravis, ils ont pu joué dans le jardin. La piscine est d'une taille correct et suffisante en basse saison (à voir si elle est plus fréquentée en juillet et août) ?! Les commerces étaient à proximité. Nous connaissons très bien la région, mais pour quelqu'un qui n'est jamais venu, je peux vous dire que deux semaines pour découvrir cette très belle région, ne suffisent pas. Nous avons été à Grace visiter les parfumerie, à Marineland, à Saint Paul de Vence, à St Tropez, nous avons fait les marchés... Par contre, en ce qui concerne la plage, je ne vous conseillerais pas les plages de St Aygulf, (pas très propre, avec pour la plupart des galets et beaucoup de vent) allez plutôt à Fréjus ou St Raphaël. Bref, nous avons passé un très beau séjour et nous avons hâte de pouvoir y retourné.

Séjour très agréable passé dans cet appartement et jolie région. Appartement très bien équipé, très confortable, situé dans une résidence calme Très bon accueil avec petit cadeau de bienvenue. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.
