In a lovely setting adorned with roses and greenery, you'll find a lux studio with amazing view from balcony .The resort boasts multiple swimming pools and a fitness center. The apartment features a bedroom with a king-sized bed for two occupants with big wardrobe. The living area includes a sofa bed with TV . Everything is nicely placed all in one place divided with big wooden shelf. A well-equipped kitchen is available, and the bathroom includes a hot water shower. Enjoy unwinding in the charming private balcony with beautiful view on the pool and garden. Sahl hasheesh center with all the shops and restaurants is a few minutes away.
During your stay, you will have access to a variety of shared facilities designed for relaxation and comfort. Guests can enjoy three swimming pools, perfect for cooling off, sunbathing, or simply unwinding throughout the day.
For those who like to stay active, there is also a fully equipped gym available, allowing you to keep up with your fitness routine while away from home.
Please note that these areas are shared with other residents and guests, so we kindly ask everyone to be respectful and follow the community rules.
Please note that the property is located a little outside the city center. To get around comfortably, you may need to rent a car, scooter, or golf cart, or use a taxi. All options are easily available and will help you explore the area with ease.
Limited electricity (500egp), water(500egp), and internet (50 Gb) are included in the price.
If you use more than the included amount, you will need to pay and recharge.

Short-term rental stays are considered up to 3 months. For stays longer than 7 days, guests are required to purchase a beach membership, which includes a membership fee as well as a daily beach access fee.
