Peaks - Palm Beach Piazza - Beach & Pool Access

The location is excellent, with easy access to both the pool and the beach. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, and the king-size bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. A special thanks to the apartment manager, Elhussein, who was always friendly, respectful, and incredibly supportive throughout our stay. Whenever we needed anything, he was quick to help. We also appreciated the option to have the bed sheets and towels replaced during our stay. If you have an irregular schedule like we did, just let the apartment manager know in advance, and he’ll gladly arrange it.

The sofa bed, which was essential since we were three guests, was in poor condition and kept collapsing, so we had to tie it together to make it usable. The living room air conditioner was also quite weak. I even cleaned the filters myself because they were extremely dusty, which improved its performance slightly, but it still wasn’t able to cool the room properly. In contrast, the bedroom air conditioner appeared to be new and worked perfectly.

Very clean refurbished european style apartment.

The flat was very bright and cheerful and in the best location in Sahl Hasheesh. It was clean and had all that I needed for my stay. Everything was made smooth by the excellent communication with Elhussein Mohamed, (the owner or agent?) who responded to messages instantly and also kept in touch to check everything was OK.
