Awesome host. Very good reception. Despite the review below it was very clean and the flat smelled nice on our arrival. No insects. The dishwasher is a very good option for a family. Hot water all the time. We chose the apartment because we know the area well and there was our favourite beach included and a playground nearby where our kids found new friends.

I guess there were only a couple of drawbacks which are easy to improve: i guess frying pans might be substituted , cause those in a flat didn’t give me a chance to make pancakes) and another drawback was about pillows- they definitely need to be changed- to high to be able to sleep .

I recently stayed at this apartment in Sahl Hasheesh, and honestly, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, everything was simply perfect. The host was incredibly helpful and welcoming — always available if I needed anything, but honestly, the apartment was so well-prepared I barely needed to ask for a thing. It truly felt like home. The apartment was spotlessly clean, fully air-conditioned, and beautifully furnished — even better than the photos! Everything looked brand new. It was cozy, comfortable, and had every amenity I could think of: clean towels, fresh sheets, an iron, vacuum cleaner, and even cleaning supplies. The kitchen was a dream — fully equipped with everything you need, from salt and pepper to a kettle, microwave, oven, cooker, and even a dishwasher! It made my stay so much more convenient and relaxing. What I appreciated most was the transparency — no hidden fees, no surprises. Just a smooth, stress-free experience. The location is fantastic: Just 1 minute away from a market with reasonable prices 3 minutes walk to a private beach — clean, quiet, and absolutely breathtaking. A few steps into the water and you're surrounded by stunning coral and colorful fish — a truly priceless experience. Close to various restaurants and cafés, perfect for evening strolls or enjoying a night out by the sea. The nearby Old Town is picture-perfect — a great spot for taking memorable photos. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. If you’re visiting Sahl Hasheesh, I highly recommend this apartment. It’s not just a place to sleep — it’s a place to relax, recharge, and feel at home.

Just a small note: when we first arrived, the water was off for a couple of hours due to maintenance. It was a bit annoying since we had just gotten there and needed to use the bathroom and freshen up before heading out. Thankfully, it was resolved quickly and didn’t affect the rest of our stay, which was overall wonderful.

The staff is kind and helpful. The hotel is very well located, close to the beach, with a small reserved area for hotel guests that includes sun beds near a restaurant. It’s less sumptuous than the nearby resorts, which gives it a quieter, more low-key feel. There is also a kids’ playground near the beach, which is a plus for families. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean and well maintained.

The beds were not very comfortable, and the bed linens were of poor quality. We also encountered a cockroach on the first day, which was unpleasant. The kitchenware could use an update, as some of the pots had damaged Teflon. The biggest downside, however, is that the hotel allows smoking rooms. Even though our room was non-smoking, the smell of smoke was present throughout our stay. As non-smokers traveling with a 2-year-old child, this was particularly bothersome.
