Six fine sandy beaches in this seaside resort, highly prized for the emerald color of its bay, its coastal path along the pretty granite houses and the Gulf of Dinard, the charm of its narrow streets, its square lined with meeting places, its listed church. It's wonderful to live in our house, renovated in 2024, bright and decorated according to Feng Shui principles, comfortable and so functional. You'll love the vast open-plan kitchen-living-dining area that opens onto the furnished balcony and its magnificent view of the verdant cliffs and the Bay of Femur. The two bedrooms on the first floor are cozy havens served by two practical and attractive bathrooms and toilets. An office provides access to music and television. On the second floor, a spacious attic bedroom for a couple with a cot adjoins a bedroom for two children (trundle bed, books and games). On the garden level, a summer kitchen, with refrigerator, microwave, and griddle, adjoins a laundry room and a third toilet. This level gives you access to a furnished terrace (rattan garden furniture, dining table for 6) and a pretty little terraced garden (complete with a pond, a barbecue, and 2 sun loungers). This leads directly (30 m) to the small port (swimming and water sports) and to the coastal path along the St-Briac river, up to the lively La Houle district (restaurants and bars, tea room, mini-golf, tourist office). Numerous beaches for swimming, sailing and All other water sports will delight you in our bay. There are countless hiking and cycling trails. Finally, be sure to discover the nearby treasures of Saint-Lunaire (3 km), its beaches, its lively atmosphere, its churches, and its market; Dinard, the beautiful English town (5 km), with its villas and famous market; Saint-Malo (8 km), with its ramparts, its port, and its old walled town; Dinan (25 km), the lively and authentic medieval town. Also worth visiting are Cancale (30 km) with its port and oyster beds; Dol-de-Bretagne with its unique cathedral-scope; and the unforgettable Mont-Saint-Michel (45 km). Unless you head west towards the charming towns of Le Guildo and its castle, Saint-Cast-le-Guildo with its magnificent beach, church, and seashells, which will bring you closer to Cap Fréhel and Fort La Latte, both worth a visit. You will be captivated by their views and walks. Splendid! As for Saint Briac, the atmosphere is cheerful because our little village of painters offers numerous exhibition spaces and a multitude of events throughout the summer. It allows for many walks, encounters, and architectural, culinary, musical, and artistic discoveries in general! You will want to return again and again to continue your visits and wonders, like all our guests, before the renovation of our home.
