About this house rental

Ker Augustine is a 100 m2 fisherman's house in a quiet area with stone façade, completely renovated in May 2021 and located 5 minutes walk from the beach of St Sieux.

Two terraces allow you to enjoy a quiet, protected, secure exterior, a BBQ and a nap in the sun....

We were keen to carry out a renovation that keeps the cachet of a historic house and we equipped it with everything you need to feel at home!

You can explore the emerald coast and enjoy St Malo, Dinard, Dinan, ST lunaire, St Briac, Cap Frehel, ... Mont St Michel is 45 minutes away
Walks, surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, sailing, canoeing, mountain biking, golf (2 courses less than 5 minutes away), are some examples of activities nearby.
Water sports centre 5 min walk as well as the surfboard/kite spot. The surf spot is 5 min by car with several schools.
You can also give priority to rest....

100 m from quality shops (bakery, butcher, fishmonger, cheesemonger, pastry shop,...). Market on Tuesday mornings.
