About this house rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house for rent in Lancieux, just 800 metres from Lancieux’s main beach, “Saint-Sieu”. With a floor area of 200 m² spread over three floors, it can accommodate up to 10 guests. It is ideal for a holiday with family or friends.
It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room (with a wood-burning stove), a fully fitted kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath), and a 300 m² garden for you to enjoy. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor: Studio with its own separate external entrance and also accessible from inside the house. It comprises:
A fitted kitchen opening onto a living area, a relaxation space with two armchairs, a beautiful pool table and a dining table.
A bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed (180 x 200)
A bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet.
First floor: Living area
- A 30 m² living room with a TV and a wood-burning stove (wood not provided)
- A separate, fully fitted kitchen with a high table and four chairs.
Appliances: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso machine and filter coffee maker.
- One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200) and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and washbasin
- A separate toilet
- Direct access to the outdoor area.
Level 2: First floor – sleeping area
Upstairs, you’ll find three separate bedrooms, each with its own wardrobe
Two bedrooms with two single beds that can be joined to form a king-size bed (180 x 200).
One bedroom with two separate single beds (90 x 200).
A bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet.
Outdoors:
- A fully enclosed 300 m² garden.
- A lovely wooden terrace equipped with garden furniture, an offset parasol and a charcoal barbecue.
The house is ideally situated in Lancieux. You can walk into the village to enjoy the local shops (bakery, restaurants, bars, beach, etc.). The village has six beaches, and you can also explore the magnificent Lancieux Bay, which is one of the finest kitesurfing spots in Brittany!
The house is less than 45 minutes’ drive from all the tourist attractions (Saint-Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Cap-Fréhel, etc.).
Lancieux is just a 5-minute drive from the neighbouring village of Saint-Briac-sur-Mer and 10 minutes from Saint-Lunaire. You can enjoy a range of wonderful activities, such as: the Dinard (Saint-Briac) and Lancieux golf courses, lovely walks along the GR34, exploring the markets and regional produce, and a host of water sports.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park one car in the courtyard (a city car) and three cars in front of the house.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Saint-Malo, 17.5 km
- Nearest airport: Rennes, 70 km
