This is a charming and perfectly-located studio in the Marais - just a few blocks east of the Hotel DeVille Metro station. I appreciated the air conditioning (August was hot), the comfortable mattress, and the full kitchen setup with a dishwasher and clothes washer (no dryer). The owner was very responsive in all communications and gave excellent directions on how to access the unit upon my arrival.One major point: This apartment is a 5th floor walk-up with no elevator. That didn’t bother me at all, but for anyone with mobility issues or who doesn’t wish to navigate that many stairs, this should be noted in making your decision about which place to rent. Again, it didn’t bother me at all, and the great location was more than worth the effort. There is a FranPrix grocery store just half a block away, so it’s great for those who want to prepare meals at the apartment. There are also multiple charming cafes right outside the front door on a charming tree-filled plaza.In summary, I would highly recommend this place, and would not hesitate to stay there again when in Paris.
