This apartment has been entirely reimagined by Habitat Parisien design team, with every detail in mind. Fully equipped and carefully prepared for your arrival.

Designed for comfort and ease, this 30m² apartment includes everything you need for a relaxing stay in Paris:
- Open-plan living and sleeping area with comfortable double bed
- Fully equipped kitchen (essentials provided, coffee, tea, sugar, washer / dishwasher tablets, etc...)
- Air conditioning
- High-speed broadband Wi-Fi
- Connected TV
- Washing machine (solid detergent provided)
- Iron & ironing board
- Hair dryer
- Bed linen and bath towels
- Bathroom (towels and essentials by "Codage")
- Separate WC
- Complimentary baby travel cot and highchair - on request

Housekeeping is ensured once, before your arrival.

Rue du Roi de Sicile sits in the very heart of the Marais, one of Paris's most vibrant quartiers. The Place des Vosges is a ten-minute walk, and the Jewish quarter of Rue des Rosiers - with its falafel counters and traditional delicatessens - is steps away.
The neighbourhood is rich in galleries, concept stores, vintage shops and excellent restaurants. The Île Saint-Louis and Notre-Dame are reachable on foot in fifteen minutes.
Getting Around:
The apartment is well served by public transport:
- Saint-Paul (Metro line 1) - 3 minutes on foot
- Hôtel de Ville (Metro lines 1 & 11) - 5 minutes on foot
- Chemin Vert (Metro line 8) - 6 minutes on foot
- A Vélib' bicycle station is located within a few minutes' walk for those who prefer to explore Paris on two wheels.
- Taxis can be booked via the guest platform.

Great location, check in and out were easy, and the host’s responses were always prompt. This is not a big deal, but the listing says there’s a washer and dryer. Technically that’s true (the washing machine has a drying option) but it really doesn’t dry your clothes. I ended up having to go to a laundry mat just a few steps away from the apartment. Again, not a biggie but I thought it was worth pointing out for future guests.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The location was amazing- Le Marais is so charming and lively. The bed was extremely comfortable and we loved the option of opening the beautiful large windows to a lovely view. The hosts were gracious and accommodating. Thank you!
