This hotel is in the perfect location and this is the 4th time I have stayed here. Staff are lovely. Rooms are very very comfortable and large. This really is the perfect hotel.

The room was clean and the reception staff were friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, my experience with the hotel manager was very disappointing. I have been a loyal guest of this hotel for more than ten years and I travel frequently around the world, staying in many hotels. However, this was the first time I experienced such an unfriendly and unprofessional attitude from a hotel manager. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or maintain a good relationship with a long-time guest, he told me that if I was not satisfied, I could simply move to another hotel and leave. This was very surprising and disappointing.
