I contacted the hotel via WhatsApp regarding my early morning (3 a.m.) arrival, and they were very responsive. Check-in was quick and seamless. The young man at the front desk was warm and welcoming, personally showing me to my room and assisting with my luggage. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with air conditioning. Throughout my stay, all staff members were consistently friendly and helpful. The location is excellent—right in the heart of everything Istanbul has to offer. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again. It is easy to see why it receives such great reviews.

The staffs are really nice and kind. The room was clean. The location is in the center of the city.
The room is a bit small and the hotel doesn’t have any options other than rooms.
