This contemporary escape is quietly situated on the 2nd floor (No Lift) of a modern three-story building. The property benefits from a shared garden and a sunny balcony ideal for alfresco dining.
Inside, the light-filled living room is furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa bed, a dining table and a Smart flatscreen HDTV. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker hob, an oven, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer.

This popular resort extends onto a narrow peninsula into the lake and is renowned for its cultural heritage and natural beauty. Popular sites include: the 13th century Castello Scaligero (a 10-minute drive), the remains of Grotte di Catullo, a Roman Villa at the tip of the peninsula (a 15-minute drive) and the thermal springs Terme di Catullo (a 13-minute drive).
For beach days, guests can head to the clear waters of Jamaica Beach at the tip of the peninsula, Spiaggia Lido delle Bionde (both a 15-minute drive) or Spiaggia Lido di Lugana Sirmione (a 5-minute drive / 20-minute walk).
For self-catering Sirmione Farmers market takes place on Wednesday mornings in Piazza Virgilio (a 5-minute walk). This is the ideal place to pick up the very best local ingredients. There is also a restaurant and a supermarket within a 5-minute walk of the apartment.
