Casa Lulù is located on the fourth floor of a quiet building, situated approximately one hundred metres from the city centre of Sorrento and from Corso Italia.
This strategic location makes it the ideal choice both for those wishing to explore the characteristic fishing village of Marina Grande, and for those seeking maximum centrality without having to sacrifice peace and privacy.
The entrance opens onto a corridor that perfectly organises the various rooms of the residence.
Along the route, the three comfortable bedrooms are distributed, one after another, whilst on the left side are the two en-suite bathrooms, both complete with all facilities.
The corridor then leads to the spacious and bright living room, a welcoming space furnished with a three-seater sofa and a 50-inch Smart TV.
Perfectly integrated into the living area, the American kitchen develops, a modern space with a four-burner induction hob and everything necessary to share mealtimes.
The sleeping area is designed to comfortably accommodate different types of groups and families.
The first and second bedrooms are two splendid double rooms, each equipped with a king-size bed, independent air conditioning system and direct access to the panoramic balcony.
The third bedroom, also air-conditioned and with access to the balcony, is configured with a single bed and a second pull-out bed, offering excellent flexibility.
The true focal point of the property, however, is the magnificent external terrace with sea views: an immense outdoor space furnished with a large Vietri ceramic table, six chairs, two sun loungers and various deck chairs, perfect for outdoor dinners and moments of pure relaxation.
Entirely covered by Wi-Fi connection and equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine and flat-screen televisions.

Great location, gorgeous view and quite comfortable for our family of 5 (3 teenagers). Driving to the location and parking was a bit tricky, but Fulvio was patient and directed us to the nearby parking (just across the street). The terrace is expansive with fantastic views. I can only imagine what it must be like in spring and summer!We opted to take the train to Pompeii instead of driving which couldn’t have been easier. The train station was just a 10-15 min walk from the apartment and stops right at the entrance to Pompeii. Much easier than driving!

Casa Lulù was wonderful. Getting in with a tour with our host Alessia was easy. The location across from a parking facility was perfect but even more so that it’s right at the start of the Corso Italia which is an awesome shopping/restaurant area that you walk through to get to the main Piazza where the train station is. Could not be a more perfect location. The apartment has an amazing balcony with an amazing view. It was just two of us so we used one of the bedrooms as our closet. The espresso maker and frother were a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to Sorrento.

Estate4home were great hosts. Very helpful and responsive. The apartment was better than we expected. The photos do not do justice to the view. It is fabulous. The location was incredible! Right in the heart of everything yet you couldn’t hear the general noise from the city. The beds were very comfortable. All appliances in good condition. They even provided us coffee water and beer to get us started until we had time to get to the store. Alessia was fabulous and cheerfully took care of any little need or question we had. I highly recommend this place. Only two suggestions for improvement. The smaller shower had no place to put shampoo etc. we rigged up a basket on a hanger to keep things in. And the cleaner didn’t do a very good job on the bathrooms. These things didn’t make the place rate lower but I thought the Estate4Home would want to know. Great stay!
