The location was ideal. It felt very new and the shower & bathroom facilities were great. The bed was huge. The view from the verander was nice overlooking the sea. It felt spacious and clean. There was a well stocked supermarket outside. Communication was brilliant and on arrival I had to call as it was pitch black and the lights weren't on. The owner kindly advised that the special key needed to be inserted into a socket in the wall to turn everything on so maybe a notice or sign would help for someone else in the future but overall fantastic for a few days in Sorrento.
The bed felt really hard so I had to use a spare duvet to make it feel softer but this might be personal preference. We couldn't get the lifts to work. The little kitchenette was great it would have been a nice touch to have some complimentary coffee/tea as we arrived very late.
