About this apartment rental
This fine home offers very comfortable accommodations with contemporary furniture and lots of modern charm. It is composed of two double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen and dining area and a private terrace equipped with table and chairs. The apartment is located at the second floor in a modern condo which also includes an elevator.
The property is in Sorrento town center , on the main shopping road at only 300 meters from Piazza Tasso, Sorrento’s main square. Close to the apartment, you’ll find shops, a supermarket, bar, ATM, Internet cafe, restaurants and all other possibly needed services.
It includes air conditioning and heating , WiFi , bed linens and towels and all comprised in the rental price . A car is not necessary, however, free parking space is available in the housing complex, should you have one.

Just a short walk from the apartment, you’ll find a bus stop (20 m. away), the train station to reach Pompeii (only 400mt away), the harbor to get to Capri and Naples and several beaches is merely 500 meters away.
Sorrento is located on a tuff coast and is reflected in the Gulf of Naples, simply a jewel, fascinating tourists and visitors the world over, who are attracted by the breathtaking views and landscapes.
Its name derives from the Sorrento Peninsula, a large area extended from Vico Equense to Massa Lubrense.
This most enchanting area, thanks to its geographical shape, dangles between the emerald green hills and the deep blue of the seas, it has always been a great attraction of Southern Italy, and it’s considered one of the most beautiful areas in the world. A must see! An added delight is this wonderful apartment and all it has to offer.

Check-in is from 14.00, Check-out is by 10:00 am
Prices include wi-fi, cleaning costs upon arrival and at time of departure, linens and towels.
A cash refundable deposit of 250 Euros must be provided upon arrival, it will be returned upon departure after an inspection takes place, in case of any damage.
If the house rules will be ignored, some penalties will be applied according to the specific cases.

City tax: € 4,00 per day, per person (from 18 years onwards)
Electricity fee: € 40 per stay
Late check-in fee: after 21:00 € 50

Lovely, clean, spacious apartment in good location
Lovely, clean spacious apartment. The beds were comfortable, the shower was good and the kitchen was nice and spacious with everything you need to cook. Very close to the main street in Sorrento, supermarket, train station (about a 10 minute walk, but probably need to get a taxi if traveling with luggage). The owner was very kind, welcoming and helpful. The only downside is that there is a bit of noise from the main road and surrounding hotels, but the other great things about the apartment make this bearable. Also, great quality shutters which make for really nice dark rooms and a great sleep. This was the only apartment that we stayed in in Italy that had a kettle - a real bonus for tea drinkers such as ourselves! We would stay here again.

Sorrento Centre Location
Great loacation for the town and access all the sights. Very nice lady met us on arrival and helped show the apartment and the location, could not be more helpful. The shower needs some work as it is impossible to control the temperature either too hot or too cold. Apartment is very pleasant.

Great locale, however, you will be sorting your trash into 4 different confusing containers and expected to have it out on street every night after 10pm with the threat of cameras and large fine if not done correctly. Also, one of the queen beds had no mattress, just box springs which obviously could not be slept on comfortably. The shower is a disaster....either scalding hot or cold and no way to keep water from going everywhere. I would not recommend this apartment.
