The expansive great room sets the ideal setting for relaxing and entertaining, featuring a wall of sunny south-facing windows, designer lighting, and access to the private balcony with stunning skyline views. The open kitchen boasts Poggenpohl cabinetry, Carrera marble counters, and Bosch and Viking appliances. The corner primary suite offers dual closets and a spa-like en suite bath with a soaking tub and glass shower. As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
