Great space inside and out. It was very functional for 5 people. Convenient to subway lines, Madison Square Park and Garden. Would definitely recommend

Check in was easy and accommodations were great. Wish we would have had more time in New York to enjoy the outdoor space provided.

The place was very clean. Great amenities. Great location. The reason I gave it a 3 is we did not have internet for 2 if our 4 days. I would contact Kristine and she kept telling me it would get fixed each day. Then I didn’t hear from her for a day. It finally got fixed after 2 days of asking to get fixed.
