The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a two-story villa and features a bright and airy living room that\'s framed by floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. This space opens onto the garden and is furnished with a double sofa and Smart digital flatscreen HDTV. The separate open-plan kitchen/dining room is fitted with a dining table, a Nespresso coffee machine, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge.

Known as the village of villas, Meina is also home to the opulent Villa Eden and Villa Faragiana, which are both open to the public with formal gardens to enjoy.
