Welcome to a stylish, architect-designed home in the sought-after neighborhood of Hovås, right next to the Sandsjöbacka Nature Reserve—perfect for those who appreciate tranquility, nature, and proximity to both the city and the sea. From the house, you have private access to hiking trails, and in just 10 minutes by bike, you can reach the West Coast’s swimming coves, including the popular Amundön. We offer a heated SwimSpa with both whirlpool and jet streams for relaxation and exercise, located on the large, newly built patio.
This modern home features three spacious floors totaling 230 square meters, with generous living areas both indoors and outdoors. Here, you’ll live in a harmonious neighborhood close to playgrounds, grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, golf courses, and shops—all while being just a 15-minute drive from downtown Gothenburg and Liseberg.
The home features:
• 3 bedrooms with a total of 7 sleeping spots (beds: 180 cm, 120 cm + 120 cm, and a sleeper chair in the office)
• 3 bathrooms with showers, one with a whirlpool tub
• Separate office with additional sleeping space
• An exclusive penthouse with access to a rooftop terrace
• Balcony, patio, and large rooftop terrace with a view
• Scandinavian interior design in light and airy tones

The house is the perfect base for discovering the charm of the West Coast —from picturesque Marstrand to the entire Bohuslän archipelago, or a drive down to Tylösand, Båstad, or everything southern Sweden has to offer. Here, you can bike, walk, or drive to the sea and combine city life with nature experiences.
This is our first year renting out this house through Vrbo, but we have many great reviews (12 five-star reviews) from previous stays on other platforms.

The entire house, with all its spaces and amenities, is at your disposal. Parking for two cars and a heated swim spa/pool.
