Independent studio in a Provençal villa, in absolute calm, located between the sea and the mountains, in the middle of nature. Sea view on the path at the entrance of the property.
The downtown of Cagnes sur Mer and the beaches are 8 minutes away by car. Nice airport is 15 minutes away.
Easy access to the small villages of the hinterland, the medieval city of Saint Paul de Vence, Saint Jeannet, La Gaude, with beautiful mountain walks, the Loup, Grasses, Col de Vence, Gourdon...
