Residence Italia is nestled amidst a lush green setting on the edge of the archaeological site of Luni Mare, nestled between the foothills of the Tuscan Alps and the Ligurian coast. This well-maintained apartment complex is set in a 7,000 m² private park with shady eucalyptus, pine, and poplar trees – an ideal retreat for families seeking relaxation and proximity to the beach.
The complex is quietly located about 900 meters from the sea and the beaches. The town center with bars and restaurants is just 200 meters away, and a train station and major shops are about six kilometers away.
The apartments are comfortably furnished and all feature a balcony, bathroom with shower or bathtub and toilet, satellite TV, direct-dial telephone, hairdryer, and a small kitchenette with an electric oven and gas stove. The apartment offers approximately 45m² of living space and consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious living room with a sofa that can be converted into two single beds.
The residence combines natural living with proximity to the beach and is particularly suitable for families with children seeking both peace and quiet and entertainment on their vacation.
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
