Welcome to Hill Hideaway - Unit 2 by Clear Trail Properties, your cozy, rustic escape in the heart of Wisconsin’s lake country - thoughtfully designed for traveling professionals and extended-stay guests. Located just 4 minutes from Walmart and under 10 minutes from downtown Minocqua, this updated side-by-side duplex offers peaceful lake living with unbeatable access to town, trails, and top amenities.

✔ 2 full bathrooms - stocked with towels, starter toiletries, and a hair dryer
✔ Open-concept living area with Smart TV, board games, and space to unwind
✔ Fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, cookware, and essentials
✔ Dedicated workspace & high-speed Wi-Fi (up to 250+ Mbps) - ideal for remote work
✔ In-unit washer & dryer for added convenience
✔ With a private entrance and your own deck/patio area, Unit 2 makes it easy to settle in and enjoy the natural setting.

✔ Access to Hill Lake (33 acres) - known for fantastic fishing
✔ Shared dock, fire pit, and 6 kayaks (5 adult + 1 kids kayak)

✔ Quiet neighborhood with fenced-in dogs next door, adding charm, not chaos
Important notes:
✔ Dock, fire pit, and kayaks are shared with Unit 1 (also available to rent for larger groups - ask for availability).
✔ Smart TV provided - log into your own streaming accounts (no apps or cable included). Don’t forget to log out before checkout!
Additional fees & requirements:
✔ Rental Agreement & ID Verification - A signed rental agreement and a valid ID upload from the booking guest are required.
✔ Security Deposit Hold - A $500 hold will be placed as a refundable security deposit.
✔ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out - Available upon request, pending availability. Each is offered for a $30 fee and must be arranged in advance.

✔ 1 roll of paper towels
✔ 1 box of Kleenex

Cute little duplex. Newly renovated. Close to town. It was a hike to the lake and the dock could use some maintenance. I was disappointed that we did not know that the central air did not work, as that was one reason why we chose to stay there. Yes there were window air conditioners, but it never got below 72 degrees in the cottage…too hot to sleep decent. Also, there were lots of flies that would get in the cottage. At one time I counted 10. (I know it’s the time of year) and there was no fly swatter that I could find. Overall, I would stay there again if the central air were fixed.

This was just perfect! Extremely clean, cottage style, yet modern conveniences and just darling decor! (Not too feminine tho, Guys!) The peace and quiet of this property was just the ticket. Super close to groceries and all the stuff you forgot to pack (lol) and yet very quiet and peaceful. Oh! And a very comfy mattress and cozy throw blankets! A definite A++ from me and cant wait go visit again!
