La posizione della casa era ottima in centro a Maratea, parcheggio vicino e gratuito, negozi e alimentari a pochi passi dalla struttura. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa, casa pulita, con un ampio salotto e cucina, la parte più bella della casa è il balconcino. Host reattivo e gentile. Spiagge molto belle raggiungibili in macchina in 10/15 minuti.
Pur troppo non ha l aria condizionata , nonostante i ventilatori il caldo lo si soffre un po.
