We had a wonderful stay at the villa in Matera. The location is excellent – close to everything. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!
Just a note for future guests: it can be a bit noisy at night due to the main road nearby, and during our July stay, it was quite hot.

Sehr schöne Villa in toller Lage mit einem traumhaften Ausblick. Nicola ist ein sehr herzlicher Gastgeber, es lagen kleine Gastgeschenke da und auch etwas für das Frühstück. Es ist alles gut ausgestattet, es hat nichts gefehlt.
Es ist sehr hellhörig, wenn die obere Wohnung besetzt ist. Bei uns waren da vier Kinder dabei, das war schon sehr laut.

Our Stay at Villa Venezuela has been fantastic! Literally everything, the location, the place, the view, the owner kindness and warmth made for an unforgettable experience, surely to be replicated! The Villa is overlooking the sea, and offers a beautiful, immersive sunset view. There is a huge garden and lots of space to comfortably enjoy holiday slow rhythm.
I booked Villa Venezuela to spend few days with my parents, and few other friends joined during our stay.
We fully enjoyed every moment there! The set is just ideal, beautifully immersed in the Policastro gulf, overlooking the sea, surrounded by green blooming mountains. The villa itself has lots of character and identity, mid century Italian home, fully equipped with anything you could possibly need. It is fresh an airy and good night sleeps are guaranteed. If anything looked ideal, the Nicola, the owner made the experience unforgettable. He has been so kind, and helpful, to accomodate any request. No need to say we will be back and I would definitely recommend it!
