Appartamento molto grande, nuovo e molto ben curato e pulito. Ampi spazi, grande comfort sia internamente sia nei poggioli abitabili. Posizione centrale rispetto al centro di Marconia. I proprietari (Laura) sono stati molto gentili e disponibili.
La colazione di fatto potrebbe essere migliorata. Anche se le temperature non erano standard probabilmente nel periodo del nostro soggiorno l'appartamento è risultato piuttosto caldo nella zona notte dove non c'era il climatizzatore.
