A short distance from sailing, windsurfing, and more, this smoke-free vacation home lets you experience it all. Jump into your car and make short work of the 10-minute drive to Ionian Sea or the 10-minute drive to Marina di Pisticci (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

Relax in the garden (enjoy the outdoor furniture!) or sip a drink on the porch or lanai of this 969-sq-ft vacation home. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and TV.

Great space near Pisticci beach areas. Perfect for exploring and day tripping from. Secluded and reserved. Space is on fully functioning agriculture compound, be aware of all that entails. House has another half with other guests. Shared green space. No A/C in our half- be minfdul for summer stays, it will get very hot very fast. Overall enjoyed our time there.

We found this property rustic and excellent, clean and roomy, great garden view with green lawns and undercover parking. Adequately equipped kitchen, excellent hot water shower and reliable WiFI. Our contact Vito, was very friendly, obliging and helpful, although he spoke no english there was no problem in communication and he was always on hand if needed. His grandson Matteo who does speak english was available if required. Vito and his wife Gracia were the perfect hosts, they had us to their home for coffee and proudly showed us their skills in producing the next wine vintage. The house is set in the countryside surrounded by acres of strawberry fields, many fruit trees, vineyards and olive groves. A car is essential to explore the area, the motorway is close by and several supermarkets in nearby town Marconia offer all food requirements. Matera is a must see for an overnight stay at 45kms to experience the beautiful UNESCO site in daylight and with the twinkling lights at night. Perfect peaceful holiday place.
