In the splendid scenery of the Ionian coral sea, about 500 m from the Ionian coast is the brand new Residence I Giardini Elisei in via Lido, in an Oasis of natural beauty, 2 km from Policoro with large gardens, a splendid swimming pool, guard house , animation in some periods. The 60 sq.mt villa, finely furnished and air conditioned, has a double room, bedroom with 2 beds, 2 sofa beds for a total of 8 beds; over bathroom and living room with kitchen area complete with stove, oven, refrigerator and furnishings. It has a large veranda and a parking space in the village.
The Elisei Gardens is the ideal residence for both the summer tourist and the business client seeking a place with personality and atmosphere; both for the study holiday and for a brief visit to Policoro and surroundings, or to the nearby city of Sassi, a UNESCO world heritage site and a EUROPEAN CAPITAL OF CULTURE 2019, as well as for honeymoons and romantic days. Many important historical and religious sites are easily reachable by car such as the Basilica of San Nicola in Bari. A few hundred meters away you will find Bowling, Disco Pub, Cinema, open-air Cinema, sports and aquatic activities in numerous bathing establishments, many cycle paths and life paths, riding stables and nautical clubs, golf course at 20 km, and many other tourist attractions.
