This bright, modern townhouse is nestled in a peaceful neighborhood just minutes from the charming town of Niwot (7 minutes), downtown Longmont (10 min), a short drive to Boulder (15-20 minutes) or the awe-inspiring Rocky Mountain National Park (45 minutes). Enjoy the convenience of being close to shops, restaurants, and everyday essentials, all just 5–10 minutes away.

Amazing home! Everything was spotless and so well layed out prior to our arrival! Communication was above and beyond. Aimee was out of the country however maid sure we were in contact via What’s App in case we needed something. Location was perfect! We were in town for our son’s graduation from CU and it took no time at all to get to CU! Highly recommend this home!!
