About this house rental
This 3-bedroom, multi-level home has multiple gathering areas to hang out and play games or watch a movie. Various board games, cards, toys, and puzzles available. There is a pool table in the basement area to relax and watch the big game while you play! A spacious backyard with a playset and a covered seating area for the adults allows for family playtime and relaxing. The location is fantastic, just being 15 minutes from Boulder or Lyons to hike, snowshoe, enjoy local shopping and restaurants! You are only 45 minutes to Estes Park fore more amazing eateries or shopping and 1.5 hours to Rocky Mountain National Park for amazing views and outdoor exploration. If the various local restaurants do not entice you, the kitchen at the house comes very fully stocked for cooking at home. The kitchen and two bathrooms are updated for a more modern experience. The kitchen is stocked with basic necessities, such as coffee, tea, spices, canned goods, pasta and all the tools you need to cook at home. Other cooking utensils provided as well as appliances like a ninja blender, electric hot water kettle, slow cooker, Kuerig with pods, full coffee pot with grounds, electric mixer, ice maker, and water dispenser from refrigerator. Two additional dining areas on the main level provide ample space for playing poker with tabletop and chips or completing one of multiple puzzles. The three bedrooms all have queen beds and there is a rocking chair with gliding ottoman, as well as a pack n plays available. There is also a baby bath and high chair available or take the little one for a walk in the stroller provided arounbd Lake Macintosh nearby on the semi paved trail about 3 miles around. All queen mattresses have a mattress protectors over the actual mattress and all linens, including the comforter covers are laundered between guests. All pillows also have pillow proctors over the pillow and under the pillowcase. All the bedrooms are upstairs separated by a hallway to the loft area overlooking the tv room so if someone in your party has an earlier bedtime, it is a separate level for the bedrooms. Your group can also enjoy the basement area: playing pool, watching tv, building blocks or playing games on a separate level. The half bathroom is available just down the short hallway at the top of the stairs. Another person could be working in the office area with a door to close off for quiet/privacy. Nextlight internet from City of Longmont is provided, as one of the fastest internet broadbands out there! The house is in a quiet cut-de-sac located less than a mile from Macintosh Lake where you can paddle board, walk the 3-4 mile loop, play at Dawson Park, or other outdoor activities. There is a Safeway grocery store less than a mile away and downtown Longmont is only a 7-minute drive. There is also Hover Park, a 5-minute walk, that has a playground, pickleball courts, and basketball courts, as well as a large open field.

We had an excellent stay at this house in Longmont. The home was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. With three bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, and plenty of living space, it easily accommodated our group of eight without ever feeling cramped.The kitchen had everything from coffee and spices to pots and pans. The basement with a pool table and smart TV was a perfect to keep the boys entertained.The location is near anything you'll need including the Safeway for groceries. The host was very accommodating and made everything stress-free, from booking to check-in. And gracious to help out with the trash when we missed it. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better rental—comfortable, clean, and set up for both relaxation and fun. Would absolutely stay here again!

quiet neighborhood in a side cul-de-sac with lots of parking. large open floor plan, plenty of sleeping areas with pull outs, fenced in back yard, kids swing set, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of eating tables, has walking trail near by, had board games, with retail stores 5min away. Good over all stay would stay again if needed. BTW needs some WD-40 on the front entry door as it sticks and made us think we did not have the correct code.

This home was a nice place to stay. Lots of room and several tables for eating, crafting, playing games, etc. There is also a pool table in the basement that was a lot of fun! Location was very close to McIntosh lake, for walking and taking scenic photos. Also, only a short drive up the pass to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. My only complaint was that the bed in the master bedroom was very squeaky/noisy for even the tiniest of movements and not very comfortable. But besides that we really enjoyed staying at that home in Longmont, CO.
