Three Bedroom, 2 bathroom historic 1901 Home. Complete with modern amenities. Location, Location, Location... Center of town and next door to the famed West Side Tavern.
Choose to cook in the gourmet kitchen with modern Bosh appliances, dine at the tavern or walk to Main Street, you couldn't ask for a better location. 12 miles to Boulder, 35 miles to Denver and 33 miles to Estes and Rocky Mountain National Park.
In addition to the 2,200 sq ft home we boast a finished basement with a Pool Table / Ping Pong and game room.
You will enjoy time spent on the kitchen porch with family and newly made friends enjoying this old town feel.
The Home is pet friendly, with a doggie door to the fenced back yard and waterproof pet blankets provided.
I almost forgot to mention the Japanese Message chair. This is no small toy... but the real deal.

Nice neighborhood, great kitchen with everything you would ever need for cooking. Host very friendly. Would highly recommend Bar Restaurant right next door.

One of our best rentals ever. The house was perfect for us and well located in historic Longmont. The house was very modern and updated with comfy beds. The amenities were great and the house was well stocked. Even better, it was next door to one of the best restaurants in Colorado. The west side Tavern is a must for anyone visiting Longmont. Our host Wes was fabulous making check in and check out super easy. We’ll be back!
