In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 2, the maximum allowed occupancy is 4, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.
This beautifully updated Kiawah Island oceanfront vacation rental is located on the third floor and features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and stunning ocean views.
Thoughtfully designed with comfort and style in mind, this villa features a sleek, modern kitchen complete with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The open-concept layout flows seamlessly from the kitchen into a dining area with seating for six and into a bright, airy living space.
The living area offers a comfortable sofa and two chairs centered around a flat screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach or biking on the nature trails. A desk is also provided off the living area for a convenient remote set up. Off the living area you’ll find the oceanfront deck, ideal for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine, all with breathtaking views of the beach and ocean.
The primary bedroom is a serene retreat with a king-size bed, ocean views, and a TV. Its en suite bathroom features a sleek, modern design with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower finished with elegant tilework. The second bedroom includes two twin beds and a TV, and its attached bathroom (also accessible from the hallway) includes a shower/tub combination.
The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!
