About this cottage rental
Our beautiful home, La Corrada, is located in Priede, a rural village in Piloña with good transportation links, about 4 km from Sevares and the N N-634, which allows us to reach Arriondas, Cangas de Onís, or the beautiful beaches of Eastern Asturias in just 15 minutes by car. It is a traditional, cozy, and unpretentious home, perfect for couples looking to relax in a natural, rural setting surrounded by beautiful landscapes.
LAYOUT AND AMENITIES OF LA CORRADA DE PRIEDE:
It is located in the upper part of Priede, a charming, well-maintained village with stunning views of the mountains. It is laid out over two floors, accessed via a cozy hallway featuring a wooden bench and a very unique stone table, a fully equipped and elegant kitchen with an exhaust hood, electric oven, kitchenware, microwave, toaster, and glass-ceramic cooktop… a living room with a large stone fireplace, two sofas, a TV, and a pantry. Next to the staircase, you’ll find the refrigerator, cleaning supplies, and a washing machine, a full bathroom with a bathtub, and a single bedroom with a 1.20-meter bed. On the upper floor, there is another large full bathroom with a bathtub and two double bedrooms (each with two single beds), both opening onto the hallway or balcony where you can relax and enjoy the views. All three bedrooms have spacious built-in wooden closets, and the entire house is equipped with heating for the colder months of the year.
A travel crib is available upon request and subject to availability, for an additional charge of 5€ per night. Finally, please note that pets are always welcome (upon request and for a supplement of 5€ per pet per night), but we ask guests that, whenever possible, pets remain on the first floor to protect the flooring on the upper level.
To reach the house, take the first right-hand turn at the entrance to Priede, right where the trash containers are located. To reach the house comfortably, you can continue along the right fork and turn left at the first hórreo, or, if you’re an experienced driver, you can take the left fork and turn right at the blue house.
