Urayasu Horie House

大人5人、子供2人でディズニー帰りに泊まりましたが、ディズニーからも近く、施設は広々しておりとても快適でした。 駐車場もファミリーカーが余裕で停めることができるスペースで荷物の出し入れも楽でした。 0歳ハイハイの子もいたので、たくさん動き回ることができました。 夏場だったので、洗濯ができたのは嬉しかったです。 近くに薬局、ご飯屋さんあるのでとても便利。

半畳ほどのシャワーユニット（脱衣室なし）だったので、湯船に浸かりたい人には適してないと感じました。子供と入るときついです。 大人数のため、布団を敷いたのですが、敷布団が掛け布団と同じくらいの厚さ柔らかさだったため、床の硬さを感じました。敷布団をもう少し厚手のしっかりしたものだったら嬉しかったです。

布団が薄かった

The location 15mins walk away from Urayasu station. A short 4-8min walk take you to bus stops. the bus stop nearby has bus that takes you to disneyland/disneysea, with 15min ride. also within walking distance there is familymart for late night snacks. there is also a supermarket nearby, abt 5 mins drive. there is available parking lot just infront of the house. The house is spacious with 1 bath and a separate toilet. 1 big bedroom easily fit more than 5 persons, with heater/ aircon depending on the period of stay. i stayed during autumn and weather was just perfect. Kitchen is well equipped. Living room is perfect for family. generally a good site and location and suitable for big family.

Nothing in particular. However, just a note that the shower room is within the bedroom space. Can be quite inconvenient if there are many adults sharing or having to access the bedroom space. It was not an issue for us but maybe a consideration for others.

広々としていて立地も良かった ドライヤーもパナソニック製の高品質のものだった。調理器具や食器も充実していて困る事は無い。アメニティーも充実(フェイスタオル、バスタオル、歯ブラシ、髭剃り)している。部屋も今と寝室と子供部屋の3つあり、分けて寝ることも可能である。テレビも大きくゲーム機(DS)やおもちゃなどもあり退屈はしないように思える。

スマートロックのオートロックが反応するものの、確実に施錠されていなかったため、毎回手動で施錠しないといけなかった。湯船はなくシャワー室のみであったが、扉の締まりが悪く水が飛び散りそうになった。ベッドは写真で見た感じよりも小さく感じた。シングルよりも細いように感じた。床からコンセントが出てくるような仕様であったが、コンセントが床から外れるようになっていて(壊れているように)使うのをためらってしまう。
