Some cleaning tools might be needed for a longer stay. A broom for example.

La ubicación respecto de la ciudad, cerca a zonas de interés, restaurantes, transporte y cultural. Equipamiento del alojamiento y pronta respuesta del host.
Acabados desprolijos, mucho ruido y falta de mantenimiento a las instalaciones como paredes sucias y sin pintar, cortinas viejas y desgastadas, ventanas que no funcionaban bien y no se podían cerrar del todo.
