The apartment was beautiful, new, and very clean. We felt safe and comfortable inside the apartment and the building. The area has plenty of convenience stores and great restaurants nearby. There is also good public transportation, and the location is very central, making it easy to get anywhere in the city.

Although the building offers several amenities, such as a swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, unfortunately, we were unable to use any of them during our entire stay. The pool schedule was limited to office hours, which made it difficult to use. We even purchased a swimming cap specifically to use the pool, but when we went to use it, the pool was closed for maintenance on a day when it was supposed to be open. The following day, it was scheduled to be closed again for maintenance. On top of that, the sauna and jacuzzi were not working during our entire stay. As a result, we were unable to enjoy any of the advertised facilities during the week. The apartment was also quite cold, especially at night. The sofa bed was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. There are two openings in the balcony door that cannot be closed, allowing cold air to come into the apartment. If you are sleeping on the sofa bed near the balcony door, it can be very uncomfortable and cold throughout the night. The shower water temperature also needs improvement. The water repeatedly changed from very hot to very cold, making it necessary to stop and restart the shower several times. It was difficult to find and maintain a comfortable temperature. Another issue was the safe in the apartment, which was locked when we arrived. Since we checked in on Friday afternoon, I contacted the administration that evening and asked if someone could come and open it. I was told that someone would come the following day, Saturday. However, I waited until the afternoon and contacted them again, only to be told that nobody was available. It was a long weekend, and unfortunately, no one ever came to open the safe during our entire stay. Thankfully, nothing happened and all of our valuables were safe, but it was very uncomfortable having to keep our belongings in the apartment without being able to use the safe. This was especially concerning because we did not know who might have access to the apartment.

O lugar é muito bem localizado. A acomodação é perfeita: chuveiro quente, cama superconfortável e um apartamento incrível. Ficamos no 16º andar e nos sentimos muito seguras durante toda a estadia, pois o serviço de segurança do prédio é excelente. É importante ressaltar que o prédio fica dentro de uma espécie de galeria. No térreo, vocês encontram várias facilidades: três opções de mercado, farmácia, pizzaria, cafeteria, entre outros estabelecimentos. A avenida é bastante movimentada, o que facilita muito para pedir Uber e se deslocar pela cidade. Nossa experiência foi incrível! O apartamento não precisa de ar-condicionado, porque é naturalmente muito fresco, inclusive chega a fazer frio. Foi uma hospedagem excelente, que recomendamos com certeza e para a qual voltaríamos!

construcción was very close by. the patio window was vented at the bottom, cool air came in.
