Muy organizado y limpio, cerca de todo, tiene todo para un buen hospedaje.

La ubicación es excelente. Muy cerca del Movistar Arena, del 7 de agosto, del barrio Normandía y del Parque de Los Novios. Hay un Ara cerca, restaurantes de todo tipo y buenos sistemas de transporte.

La vista hacia atrás no es bonita, pero eso no se puede cambiar. Deberían tener toallas para manos y, si saben que son tres personas, tener una toalla adicional.

En general muy confortable, y de facil acceso al transporte publico

The closeness to the concert arenas is incomparable to having to find a ride after you go out, it's a great option with a less than 10 minute walk to and from them if you're staying for a concert, it's also 15 mins from the airport and a couple of beautiful parks Bogotá has to offer. The area is full of varied food joints with varied, delicious and affordable options, as well as convenience stores. The kitchenette is also a good plus if you need to cook your own food.

First and most annoying thing, no card payment, and I don't really think it was notified neither in the booking post or the confirmation message they sent me, this was an unwelcome surprise as I didn't prepare for this, luckily there were ATMs close by but this could be an issue and you should be aware of it. Installations were also not in great shape, a loose curtain roller (we were advised to use it with care and when we did the thing was ready to fall apart), the hot water had a bit of a 'trick' so it was not super easy to take a nice hot shower in Bogota's cold weather, and the water POOLED, which means that the shower was not properly built to drain it, meaning you had to manually drain it, and if you didn't it would welcome you back for your next shower, only a lot colder. There was also a smell issue, from time to time a day the pipes would just reek of sewage, not sure what could've caused this but it was surely noticeable. There's also a bit of noise at night, heavy metal doors and loud people can be occasionally heard late at night and interrupt your sleep if you're a light-sleeper.
