I like the privacy and peacefulness of the room and the view was exceptional and how close it was to different stores and restaurants. The customer service was very good as well and they were very friendly.
The bathroom could use more towel hooks or clothes hooks.

modern room
the pool, sauna and jacuzzi as well as the gym are not open on sunday night and monday, which was the only time we spent at Jalo. what a huge disappointment, since the wet areas was the only reason we booked this place for our last night in south america.
