This place is just as pictured and truly has a beautiful view. This was a huge splurge for us on our last night before we flew out. Location wise, it met our needs of being within a few minutes from the airport and there was parking available - we could drive straight to it for the convenience of packing up for our flight out. However, this isn't close to restaurants or stores. In good weather, a nice kilometer walk down the beach should provide you with options, but the off-season wind and rain were blowing through the day we arrived. Can't control the weather. But, that was the beauty of booking a place with a great view. We could stay in the warmth of the room and still enjoy the ocean, and having the hot tub with the view of the sunset was excellent. This location sent a variety of helpful videos and photos for parking and access to the room via whatsapp, make sure you have this installed as well as a data service.
Some of the instructions were difficult to follow or felt missing. Once outside, I did not know how to get back inside the building. There were some instructions, but they were not clear enough for me. I ended up getting back inside, but I'm not sure how. A binder inside the apartment would be a handy place to leave instructions, including a a QR code for any videos for the many details on where to access things and how to operate everything.
The price was high for us. It is luxury, and has an amazing view, perhaps it is in-line with other locations, but there was major construction going on next door and we booked during off-season - so the price felt a tad on the high side.
