Súper moderno, tiene todo el equipamiento renovado. Cocina, lavarropa, enchufes USB, television. Nos dejaron hasta cápsulas de café. Es ideal como base para conocer pueblos cercanos.
Si bien hay estacionamiento pago cercano, entre las 20 y las 8.30, se puede dejar el auto gratis en la plaza que está a dos cuadras.
Tener en cuenta, que como en toda la ciudad, se trata de un edificio con escaleras, y este departamento es en el tercer piso. No fue inconveniente para mí pero lo puede ser para gente mayor si tiene maletas grandes.

Host molto disponibile e gentile, abbiamo soggiornato un’unica notte e avremmo voluto stare più tempo! L’appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort, molto spazioso, pulito e luminoso, ha una grande cucina con tutto l’occorrente, due balconi che affacciano sulla città e un letto comodo con grande tv dove c’è anche Netflix a disposizione. Tutto perfetto complimenti!

Sehr gute, ruhige Lage in einem älteren, gepflegten Haus. Luftige, sehr saubere, neu renovierte Wohnung. Living/Küche und Schlafzimmer gross und voll ausgerüstet für zwei Personen. Sehr gute Matratzen im Doppelbett.
Hilfsbereite, freundliche Vermieterin, die jederzeit über WhatsApp erreichbar ist und rasch antwortet.
Busstation mit mehreren Linien und Supermarkt 100 m vom Haus entfernt. Der kleine Park "Giuseppe Garibaldi" ist 150 m entfernt und mit seiner gepflegten Anlage und wunderschönen Bäumen mehrere Besuche wert.
Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten von Bari und die Altstadt sind zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Der Zentralbahnhof von Bari mit guten Anschlüssen in mehrere Richtungen ist per Bus oder auch zu Fuss leicht erreichbar.
Die Wohnung ist im dritten Stock des Hauses. Das hat den Vorteil, dass man keine Schall- und Lärmbelastungen von oben hat. Weil das Haus keinen Lift, aber für diese Region typisch recht hohe Stockwerke hat, ist die Wohnung für sehr kurzatmige oder gehbehinderte Gäste wenig geeignet.
Das Bad ist sehr modern und vollständig ausgerüstet, aber - mit Ausnahme der Dusche - sehr eng.

La posizione della struttura è congeniale per visitare la città senza il bisogno di utilizzare mezzi di trasporto. Trattasi di abitazione arredata con arredamenti moderni, nuovi, tant'è che abbiamo apprezzato anche la comodità del letto, dove si può riposare molto bene. La zona dove la struttura è ubicata è molto tranquilla. La presenza di Netflix è un valore aggiunto e gradito.
Il bagno della struttura è davvero molto piccolo, non adatto a persone alte più di 1.80. Se si è più alti bisogna entrare in bagno piegando la testa. È come ritrovarsi in un piccolo cunicolo di una piramide egizia. Purtroppo le foto presenti ci hanno tratti in inganno. Gli utensili messi a disposizioni erano pressoché contati e non adatti a cucinarci all'interno, avremmo gradito ritrovarci qualche utensile in più e di non provvedere ad acquistarne qualcuno per sopperire alla mancanza.
