Apartamentul este curat bine amplasat.
Există o terasă la parter care timp de o saptamana cat am stat acolo nu a fost curățată chiar si planta existentă nu s a udat.

Ładne, czyste komfortowe apartamenty, dodatkowym atutem jest taras na ostatnim piętrze. Bardzo uprzejmy i rzeczowy kontakt z gospodarzem, odpowiedzi były natychmiastowe. Apartamenty oddalone od centrum Bari, ale z łatwością można się dostać pociągiem, w danym momencie 1,3 euro bilet, 15 min czas dojazdu. Stacja kolejowa- dystans na piechotę. Dla mnie to nie było minusem, ale trzeba zaznaczyć że wszystko słychać pomiędzy pokojami.

Ascensore non funzionante; la porta di una stanza sprovvista di maniglia e quindi non richiudibile; norma contrattuale concernente lo smaltimento finale dell'immondizia differenziata.

La atención vía WhatsApp. Pudimos llegar tarde sin ningún problema. Están pendientes de todo. El acceso automatizado sin llaves es realmente bueno. Me gustaría como mi casa habitual.
La falta de microondas. La basura es un poco lioso cuándo y dónde tirarla. Pero eso no es cosa del alojamiento sino del ayuntamiento.
