Entra mucha luz en cuanto amanece,aunque tiene venecianas,no hay persianas ni cortinas,y uno de los sofás era un poco incómodo,se separaba y se clavaban los hierros,para un adulto sería incómodo.

Sehr flexibel bei Parkplatzwünschen am Anreisetag, da unser Auto nicht in Tiefgarage gepasst hat. Auch entgegengekommen bei Parkplatzpreis -Danke dafür.

Evtl. als Tipp -um die Unterkunft noch etwas wohnlicher zu gestalten vielleicht das ein oder ander Bild an die Wände. Dies ist aber son Geschmackssache. Sonst sehr geräumig und vollständig ausgestattet.

The host was quite active and always sent updates on time. The location is perfect, with a great view to the right of the old town. Good access to public transport and a short walk to the riverside and main attractions. The apartment was spacious and had enough sitting spaces on couches and around the kitchen table, as well as plenty of wardrobes. The host put additional pillows and blankets, which was nice. The kitchen had some basic kitchen utensils like pans, cups and plates, a French coffee press. The flat had a vacuum cleaner and an iron. TV box with programs adds to the cosiness. The heating worked impeccably, and the water in the shower was hot.

The bedroom: bed sheets and linings were polyester and not pleasant to sleep on. Replacing them with cotton options would increase the quality of stay. Additionally, they had a potent smell of a washing detergent. As the windows face a small brick road, it can get a little noisy in the morning as cars pass by. I would not say it was an extreme level of noise, but something to bear in mind. We had earplugs and could get away with it. The bathroom: missing shelves in the bathroom unit; the soap on the sink was rather watery and felt diluted. The towels smelled quite mouldy and not fresh. The living room: one of the couches was quite worn out. There were many stains visible on the walls The kitchen: adding basics like salt and oil will make longer stays nicer. More kitchen towels will also be advantageous. Overall impression > As many others also commented, the cleaning is bad. We saw hair and dust on the floors, some strange marks on the walls in places which are out of normal daily reach. Overall, the place can be described as 'new, but used'. Good, but requiring some improvements. Additionally, the flat had this smell which can be described as a mix of old smell of cigarettes, animals, and cheap construction fittings/furnishings/finish materials.
