Sehr schöne Neubauwohnung im Neubaugebiet Waterfront. Direkt daneben liegt die Waterfront Mall mit Supermarkt, unzähligen Geschäften und vielfältigen Restaurants (Sushi, Burger, Pizza, etc.). Zudem liegt es am neuen Hafen. Moderne Wohnung, klimatisiert, voll ausgestattet und mit großer Terrasse. In der Stadt ist man in ca. 15min zu Fuß, unser Lieblingsstrand in Genua war knapp 5km entfernt (ca. 10min mit dem Auto). Zur Wohnung gehört ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz.
Auch wenn das Jammern auf hohem Niveau ist: der Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist etwa 3min zu Fuß entfernt und nicht unter dem Haus. Was man wissen sollte: zum Ein- und Auschecken einfach mit dem Auto zum Gebäude fahren, in der sich die Wohnung befindet und kurz auf der Straße parken. Da gibt es zwar keine offiziellen Parkplätze, da stehen aber immer mindestens 5 Italiener, einfach dazu stellen 😉.

Sehr ruhige Unterkunft. Ideal für 2 Personen.
Die Schlafcouch steht in der Küche und ist nicht bequem. Zudem war es als Bett nicht vorbereitet.

Property was great, very clean with all the facilities you could ask for. The addition of a secure parking space was an excellent addition. Everything was thought of, we didn’t use all of the facilities such as the kitchen and utensils but could be useful for someone looking for a longer stay.
Nothing that we didn’t like about the property but you will not be facing the harbour, and the current state of the site to the rear was still looking like a building site.
