The one-bedroom, one-bath layout is calm and uncluttered, with twelve-foot ceilings that pull light deep into the space. Split AC in the living room and bedroom keeps things comfortable through the warm part of the afternoon, and there's a smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi for the nights you'd rather stay in. The kitchen is set up for real use — quartz counters, full appliances, a Keurig, and all the cookware and dishes you need — so assembling poke bowls after a market run is genuinely easy. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee.
