I liked that it was spacious for a family of 4.
I didn’t like that there was no cleaning service.

Excellent location right next to the mall and walking distance to Ala Moana Beach. Nice lanai to hang out on + mountain view. Gym and swimming pool were solid, not overcrowded with people compared to the resort hotels in Waikiki
No housekeeping which is fine since it's a privately managed unit, but more towels + toilet paper would have been nice. Host did provide us a second set of towels upon request however any additional had to be borrowed from the pool area and were required to be returned at 7 pm daily.

Hotel is in the center of town. Convenient location being it’s next to the Mall or just a short drive to Waikiki
Sometimes the wait for an elevator took long. Hotel Parking is a bit “tight” and scarce after 10:00pm. Hard to find hotel parking
