My husband & I enjoyed the location, the balcony view, transportation options including sidewalks for walking, and transit system, property’s access to a pool and other amenities such as laundry, free water filling stations and dining options. The beds were good quality and the cleanliness of the room was acceptable.
We had some issues at first with HVAC, but these were resolved quickly and may have been related to Oahu’s earlier power outages. Digital clock and coffee pot did not operate properly. Good pricing overall for Waikiki, but there were some unexpected extra checkin charges.

How close we were to a lot of shopping, the valets were the best, felt safe since you need a card to get up the elevator.

Tv didn't work. reached out to host and it never got fixed. No trash can so had to use my shopping bags. Also reached out to host and was not resolved. Called front desk and they said they would not service outside room.
