The room was clean. Liked the coffee, fridge, and microwave amenities. The room was so high that there were no bugs to fly in when leaving sliding door open.
Bed was a little too soft. Wish there was an instruction book to orient you to things in the room…like the AC doesn’t work unless sliding door is securely closed/locked. Instructions on how to get more toilet paper if run out.

I had left an item in the room and when I inquired about it(the same day), they checked with the staff who cleaned the room(not hotel staff)and said they didn't find it. I know I left it and don't appreciate being lied to. The incident doesn't sit well with me. I will never stay at any of their properties again because of this.

Location location location!
The “studio “ was advertised to have more things than were present, the lack of any regular or included cleaning for 12 days, the lack of storage and seating, a tv that would allow music:audio to stream but not other content, mold in shower, … numerous other little things- previously reported.
