Locali accoglienti e ben arredati. Piano terra, ottimo posto auto all' interno del residence di fronte alla casa. Spazio esterno vivibile per 2/4 persone.
Bagno e cucina datati con molta ruggine all' interno dei pensili della cucina e dello scolapiatti. Nella zona lavanderia sono accatastate in disordine parecchie cose (cassettiere di plastica, secchi ecc.) poco gradevole. Non abbiamo utilizzato la Jacuzzi perché appariva poco pulita e senza istruzioni di utilizzo. La parte di giardino all' entrata pareva poco curato, sporco e in disordine a differenza della casa che era pulita e curata. Stendibiancheria inutilizzabile per la ruggine. Consiglio l' utilizzo di repellenti per le zanzare.

The place was clean, well equipped, with 3 AC, 2 little gardens, private parking place and it is 3 minutes walk from the supermarket, from a caffetteria and from a pizzeria. And 7 minutes walk from the sea. The price was very good as well. I highly recommend this place! Especially Geanina, who is managing the place. She was very supportive and always there when needed. Thank you! ❤️
